Shipping

All standard shipping orders are mailed via USPS Ground Advantage within 5-7 business days for delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

For expedited or international shipping please reach out for a quote.

Each online order will be delivered to a single address. In cases where different delivery addresses are required for different items, you will need to place a separate order for each of the addresses that you would like us to ship to.

Returns- Textiles

Not exactly what you were looking for? No problem, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to reach out to exchange or return your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.  

To process a return, reach out to keri@kerioldham.com, for instructions and a return shipping label.

Once the item is received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the cost of return shipping. I do not offer refunds for the cost of shipping. 

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in shipping or incorrect so that we can make it right.

Sustainability

As an independent artist, sourcing textiles ethically is a top priority. My blankets and scarves are made in the USA and UK, working exclusively with manufacturers who prioritize sustainability, human rights, and healthy work environments. I use only premium materials, including organic or recycled cotton and 100% silk twill weaves.

Blankets

All Blankets are 100% cotton and pre-washed. Machine wash cold and tumble dry low.

Silk Twill Scarves

Scarves are made from 100% silk twill, dry clean only
